Refund policy

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or preference changes.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Do not return items without contacting us first — returned items sent without authorisation may not be processed.
