All of our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2–5 business days to print, prepare, and pack your item before it ships.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times after production are:

    •    Canada: 5–10 business days
    •    International: 10–20 business days

Where Orders Ship From
Orders are fulfilled by our production partners and may ship from facilities located in the United States, Canada, Europe, or other international locations depending on product availability and customer destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
